How to Make Stir fried steamed frittata

  • Beat the eggs in a bowl, add salt, turmeric, ginger garlic paste, pepper and whisk till frothy
  • Add the flour and mix well to remove lumps
  • Grease a bowl and pour this mixture in that and steam for exactly 10 mins in a pressure cooker without whistle. Do not over steam as it makes the egg hard.
  • After the frittata is ready, let it cool. Cut into small cubes and set aside
  • Heat a pan with oil, add curry leaves, mustard, cumin and green chillies, when they splutter add onions, salt and fry till they turn translucent.
  • Add ginger garlic paste and saute for a min.
  • Add the cubed frittata pieces, chilli powder and fry for another 1 min.
  • Add garam masala and chopped coriander leaves and saute for a min
  • Serve.
