Ingredients

  • 1 cup- fresh strawberries, cleaned
  • 1- banana, peeled and cubed
  • 250 ml -skim milk
  • 2-3 -dates, deseeded
  • 5-6 -ice cubes, crushed

How to Make Strawberry Banana Smoothie

  • Chop the strawberries.
  • Place fruits and dates in an electric mixer.
  • Add 50 ml. milk, run to form a smooth paste.
  • Add all other ingredients, run mixie.
  • Run till mixture is very frothy.
  • Pour into individual chilled glasses.
  • Serve chilled.
