Ingredients

  • For yogurt:
  • 12 oz - silken Tofu
  • 1/4 cup non-dairy Milk
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • Salt to taste
  • Other ingredients:
  • 1 tsp crushed, roasted Cumin seeds
  • 1/4 tsp - cayenne pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup - thinly sliced strawberries
  • 1 cup boondi
  • How to Make Strawberry Boondi Raita:

    1. For yogurt:
    2. Blend the ingredients together to a smooth, yogurt-like consistency.
    3. To assemble, mix all the other ingredients with the yogurt.
    4. Serve garnished with a couple of strawberry "hearts".
