  • For base:
  • 150g - Marie biscuits
  • 50g - Butter - powdered sugar
  • For cheese cake:
  • 2 tbsp - Corn flour
  • 1 cup - Milk
  • 1 tbsp - Gelatine
  • 2 cups - Cottage cheese
  • 2 cup - Sugar
  • 1.5 cup - Strawberry crush
  • 2 cups - Whipped cream

How to Make Strawberry cheese cake

  • Grind the biscuits and powdered sugar.
  • Mix in the melted butter with it and combine well.
  • Make a layer of the biscuit mixture in the serving bowl.
  • Put in the freezer to set.
  • Add 4 tbsp of water in the gelatine and keep aside.
  • Mix corn flour in milk and boil for 10 minutes or till thick; allow to cool.
  • Blend together the strawberry crush and sugar, then add cottage cheese, cooled milk, whipped cream, make a smooth paste.
  • Finally, add gelatine.
  • Pour the strawberry mixture over the serving bowl.
  • Garnish with strawberries and crush.
  • Refrigerate until its set.
