  • 2 cups - strawberries
  • 1 can - unsweetened condensed milk
  • Sugar as per taste
  • 1.5 cups - milk
  • 1/2 tsp - vanilla essence
  • salt, a pinch

How to Make Strawberry Ice cream

  • Cut the strawberries and blend it in a mixer without adding any water.
  • Mix the strawberry paste with the rest of the ingredients.
  • Put the mixture in a blender and blend it once again.
  • Keep it in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Remove it and blend it again.
  • Repeat the process at least 4 times.
  • Finally freeze overnight.
