Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - Gelatine
  • 1/2 cup - Strawberry puree
  • 1/4 cup - Sugar
  • 1/4 cup - Water
  • 4 Scoops - Vanilla ice-cream
  • 2 tbsp - Chocolate flakes
  • 2 - Chopped strawberries

How to Make Strawberry Parfait

  • Heat sugar and water in a pan till sugar is completely dissolved in it.
  • Add strawberry puree into it and cook it for 2-3 minutes.
  • Mix gelatine with 2 tbsp water and add it in the pan.
  • Mix everything well to remove all bubbles from it.
  • Transfer it to a setting tray and keep in the refrigerator for 2 hours to set.
  • Fill a plastic cup half with strawberry jello (approx 2 tbsp), add a scoop of vanilla icecream on top.
  • Sprinkle chocolate flakes for a magical touch and serve chilled.
