How to Make Stuffed Bell Pepper

  • Boil, peel and mash potatoes. Chop the onion, tomato, coriander leaf and green chilly.
  • Heat some oil, crackle mustard and cumin seeds.
  • Then add chopped onions, green chilli, and fry till they turn golden brown.
  • Add the mashed potatoes and all the spices. Fry it for another 2-3 mins.
  • Put chopped tomato, coriander leaves, and mix it properly.
  • Meanwhile, slice the top off the bell pepper and scoop out the seeds.
  • Stuff with the potato masala and grease the outside with some oil.
  • Bake it for 15-20 mins at 400 degree F. Serve hot.
