Ingredients

  • 200 grams ladyfingers (bhindi)
  • 1/4 grated fresh Coconut
  • 2 tbsp- coriander-cumin seed (dhaniya-jira) powder
  • 3 to 5 Green chillies
  • 2 to 3 Garlic
  • 1/2" Ginger
  • 1 small ball of Tamarind
  • 1 pinch- Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp- oil
  • salt to taste
  • 25 tbsp- chopped coriander
  • 1 tsp- oil
  • How to Make Stuffed Bhindi (Ladyfinger):

    1. Make slits on the ladies fingers. Mix all the other ingredients very well.
    2. Grind it fine and stuff into the ladies fingers. Arrange in a shallow glass dish and sprinkle a little oil and 1 tbsp of water.
    3. Microwave on high for about 4-5 mins.
    4. Garnish it.
