  • 8 slices - bread
  • 1 - medium carrot, grated fine
  • 1/2 cup - grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2-3 - chopped hot pepper
  • 1 tsp - grated ginger
  • 1 tbsp - oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tbsp - all purpose flour

How to Make Stuffed Bread Sticks

  • Cut the bread slices into two.
  • Make a thick paste with the all-purpose flour and some water, and keep it aside.
  • Mix carrot, ginger, hot pepper, cheese and salt.
  • Place a spoonful or more inside each half of the bread and roll it. Seal the edge with the all-purpose flour paste.
  • Brush with oil and bake at 300 degrees C till golden brown.
