Ingredients

  • 250 g - prawns, peeled and minced
  • 200 g - minced chicken meat
  • 3 - medium red, green or yellow capsicums, quartered
  • 2 - thin slices ginger
  • Seasoning A (Blend Together):
  • 1 tsp - Maggi Seasoning
  • 1/4 tsp - ground white pepper
  • 1 tsp - sesame oil
  • 2 tsp - corn flour
  • Seasoning B (Blend Together):
  • 1 tbsp - Maggi Seasoning
  • 1 tbsp - Maggi Concentrated Chicken Stock
  • 250 ml - water
  • 2 tbsp - corn flour

How to Make Stuffed Capsicum Chicken Seasoning

  • Mix minced prawns and chicken meat with Seasoning A.
  • Stuff capsicum with the marinated mixture.
  • Heat oil in a pan fry the stuffed capsicum until cooked. Place on a serving dish.
  • With the remaining oil, saute the ginger slices until aromatic.
  • Add in Seasoning B, bring to boil and simmer until the sauce thickens.
  • Pour the sauce over the stuffed capsicum and serve at once.
