How to Make Stuffed Carrot

  • Mix dhaniya powder, jeera powder, besan, chilli powder, haldi, garam masala and salt. Wash and peel carrot and dry it with a cloth.
  • Cut into 1 inch lengthwise pieces and slit them in the middle.
  • Fill in each of the carrot piece with the masala mixture that is prepared in step 1.
  • Pour 1 tbsp oil into the frying pan.
  • Place the stuffed carrot pieces in the pan and fry all of them till they become soft.
  • Remove in a serving plate. Pour some lemon juice on the top and garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Enjoy with rice or rotis.
