Ingredients

  • 1 cup - whole Wheat flour
  • 4 tsp - oil
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 3/4 cup - chopped coriander
  • 2 tsp - coriander and Cumin seeds powder
  • 1/4 tsp - Turmeric powder
  • 1 tbsp - besan
  • 3 - green chillies, finely chopped
  • salt
  • oil
  • How to Make Stuffed Coriander Paratha:

    1. Mix all the ingredients together and add enough water to make a semi-stiff dough.
    2. Knead it well and divide it into 8 equal portions.
    3. Roll out each portion into a thick round with the help of the flour.
    4. Roll it out into a cigar shape.
    5. Make a small round like a coil and press it lightly by hand.
    6. Roll it out again into a thick roti.
    7. Cook both sides on a hot tawa until pink spots appear on top.
    8. Spread ghee on top of it and serve it hot.
