  • 3 - hard boiled eggs
  • 1 tbsp - butter
  • 1/4 cup - grated cheese
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 tsp - fresh parsley
  • salt

How to Make Stuffed eggs

  • Shell eggs and cut in half.
  • Remove the egg yolk from the white.
  • Mash yolk and mix well with cheese, butter, pepper and salt.
  • Stuff mixture into the whites and garnish with parsley.
