Ingredients

  • 6 - green bell peppers.
  • 5 - potatoes, boiled
  • 1 tsp -amchoor powder
  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder.
  • 1 tsp - cumin powder
  • 2 - green chillies.
  • Coriander - few sprigs
  • 1/2 tsp - cumin
  • Salt to taste.
  • 2 tbsp - oil

How to Make Stuffed Green Bell Peppers

  • Scoop out the seed from the bell peppers and save it.
  • Thoroughly mix amchoor, ground cumin, salt, bell pepper seeds, chopped coriander and green chillies to the mashed potatoes and keep aside for an hour.
  • Stuff bell peppers with this mixture.
  • In a skillet, add oil and cumin and saute.
  • Place the peppers in a circle and top it with left over potato mix. Cover and simmer until tender.
  • When the potato mixture start to turn brown and crispy turn off the heat. Serve.
