  • 200 g - fresh Cottage cheese
  • 75 g - Gur
  • 50 g - khoya
  • 1 tbsp - Raisins
  • How to Make Stuffed gur and raisin sandesh:

    1. Keep aside a little gur for stuffing and mash cottage cheese, khoya and gur.
    2. Put in a heavy-bottom pan and cook the cheese mixture on a low flame.
    3. Mix raisins with the gur.
    4. Put the cheese on the palm of the hand, fill with the raisin mixture and close to form a ball.
    5. Put into desired mould and press.
    6. Garnish with raisins.
