Ingredients

  • 6 - Jalapenos
  • 2 tbsp - Hung Curd (or Ricotta cheese)
  • 4 tbsp - Grated Irish cheddar cheese
  • 1 pinch - Pepper powder
  • 1 pinch - Salt
  • 1 pinch - Cumin powder
  • 1 tsp - Oil
  • How to Make Stuffed jalapenos:

    1. To prepare Jalapeno shell:
    2. Wash, wipe and cut the jalapenos lengthwise and scoop out the seeds.
    3. Grease the halved jalapeno shells using one tsp of oil and keep aside.
    4. To prepare the filling:
    5. Mix the hung curd, grated cheese, pepper powder (use crushed pepper if you like the spicy crunch), cumin powder, and salt.
    6. To prepare stuffed jalapenos:
    7. Take a tsp of the prepared cheese mixture and press it into every jalapeno shell.
    8. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 200 degrees centigrade for about 25 minutes.
    9. The jalapenos are done when the cheese starts to form brown and crusty spots.
