How to Make Stuffed Karelas

  • Heat oil in a pan and saute onions for 3 mins. Add ginger, garlic paste.
  • Add coriander powder, amchoor, haldi and finally after switching off gas, add salt and red chilli.
  • Let the masala cool and stuff half of the masala in karelas.
  • Heat oil, add hing and the stuffed karelas.
  • Cook them at a low flame till colour changes and add remaining masala. Cook till done.
