  • 10 to 12 - mushrooms
  • 1 - small capsicum, diced finely
  • 1 - small carrot, diced finely
  • 1 - pod of garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 tbsps - cheese
  • 1 tsp - butter
  • Salt and powdered black pepper to taste

How to Make Stuffed Mushroom

  • Plunge the washed mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
  • Cut of the stems and chop well.
  • Take a small glass bowl and add the butter.
  • Microwave for 10 secs.
  • Saute the chopped garlic for 10 secs.
  • Add capsicum and carrot. Saute it for 5 mins.
  • Now add black pepper and salt to taste.
  • Stuff this mixture in the mushrooms, pressing the mixture as far as possible and garnish with grated cheese.
  • Microwave for 1 minute or till the cheese turns brown.
