Ingredients

  • 10 to 12 - Mushrooms
  • 1 - small capsicum, diced finely
  • 1 - small carrot, diced finely
  • 1 - pod of garlic, finely chopped
  • 4 to 5 tbsps - cheese
  • 1 tsp - Butter
  • Salt and powdered black pepper to taste
  • How to Make Stuffed Mushroom:

    1. Plunge the washed mushrooms in boiling water for 5 minutes. Drain.
    2. Cut of the stems and chop well.
    3. Take a small glass bowl and add the butter.
    4. Microwave for 10 secs.
    5. Saute the chopped garlic for 10 secs.
    6. Add capsicum and carrot. Saute it for 5 mins.
    7. Now add black pepper and salt to taste.
    8. Stuff this mixture in the mushrooms, pressing the mixture as far as possible and garnish with grated cheese.
    9. Microwave for 1 minute or till the cheese turns brown.
