Ingredients

  • 200 g - Mushrooms
  • 1 tbsp - Butter
  • 1 tbsp - minced Onion
  • 1/2 cup - cooked, mashed Potato
  • 1/2 tsp - pav bhaji masala
  • 1/3 cup - fresh bread crumbs
  • 1 tbsp - clotted Cream (malai)
  • salt to taste
  • How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms:

    1. Remove the stalks from mushrooms and chop them.
    2. Heat the butter, saute 1/2 onion and mushroom stalks.
    3. Stir in rest of the ingredients except mushrooms.
    4. Stuff mushrooms with this mixture and arrange them on a plate.
    5. Cook without covering on full power for 2- 3 minutes.
