  • 1 packet - button mushrooms
  • 250 g - Amul butter
  • 1 bunch - parsley (chopped finely)
  • Bread pieces
  • 1 tbsp - garlic paste

How to Make Stuffed Mushrooms with butter

  • Mix butter with finely chopped parsley and garlic paste.
  • Remove stem from the mushrooms.
  • Fill the mushroom caps with the herbed butter, in an oven proof dish and grill for 15 mins or till the mushrooms are nicely coated with the butter.
  • Serve with small bread pieces.
