Ingredients

  • 2 - eggs
  • 4-5 tbsp - diced mushrooms
  • 1 - green pepper
  • 1 - onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp - grated cheese
  • 1 tsp - pepper
  • salt - to taste

How to Make Stuffed Omelette

  • Preheat the frying pan on medium heat for 2-2.5 mins.
  • Break egg into a bowl and whip briskly with a fork.
  • Add other ingredients, stir quickly and pour into pre-heated pan.
  • Tilt the pan, if necessary, to distribute the omelette evenly.
  • Then cook for 1.5 minutes or until the bottom of omelettes is firm and lightly browned.
  • With wooden or plastic spatula, turn omelette over and cook 1-1.5 minutes
  • Slip omelette out of pan into plate.
