Ingredients

  • 6 - sweet large onions
  • 1/2 cup - ground meat
  • 1 cup - chicken stock
  • 1 tsp - oil
  • Mix together:
  • 1/4 cup - chopped spring onion
  • 2 tbsp- chopped coriander leaves
  • 1 tbsp- chopped capsicum
  • 1- tomato, chopped finely
  • 1/8 tsp - minced chilli paste
  • 1/2 cup - bread crumbs
  • 1/8 tsp -pepper powder
  • salt

How to Make Stuffed Onion

  • Scoop the onion, diced the scooped part.
  • Heat oil in a pan, fry the onions till they become transparent.
  • Add meat and cook for 5-7 mins. Let it cool.
  • Add to it mixed ingredients. Mix this well.
  • Add the mixture to the scooped onions.
  • In a non-stick pan, place the filled onions
  • Pour the chicken stock over it.
  • Cover and cook for 45-50 mins.
  • Serve warm.
