  • Pepper Gobi Masala:
  • 2 cups - Cauliflower florets
  • 1 - Onion (chopped)
  • 1 - Tomato (big and chopped)
  • 1 tsp - Ginger Garlic paste
  • 3/4 tsp - Pepper powder
  • 1 tsp - Garam Masala powder
  • Salt
  • Oil
  • 1/2 tsp - Fennel seeds
  • Few Mint leaves (chopped)
  • Bread slices
  • How to Make Stuffed Pepper Gobi Masala Bread Toast:

    1. Heat enough oil, fry the fennel seeds and add the chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, ginger garlic paste with enough salt.
    2. Saute until the onions turns translucent and the raw smell of ginger garlic paste disappears.
    3. Add the chopped cauliflower florets, saute for few minutes.
    4. Add the pepper powder, garam masala powder, toss everything gently, simmer and cook until the vegetables are well cooked.
    5. Add the chopped mint leaves and turn off the stove.
    6. Fill two bread slices with enough pepper gobi masala, layer the masala with the another two bread slices.
    7. Meanwhile beat the egg, milk with pepper powder and salt.
    8. Heat enough oil in a pan.
    9. Gently dip the stuffed masala bread slices in the egg mixture and cook on a pan, until golden brown.
