How to Make Stuffed Potato

  • Pell potatoes and make 2 parts of each potato. Carve these half potatoes like shape of bowl.

  • Cut each tomato in four parts, and then cook in microwave for 6 to 7 minutes till its skin becomes soft. Grind it in mixer.
  • Heat oil in pan, add cumin and mustard seeds and curry leaves.
  • Add 1/2 garlic and ginger paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, hot spicy powder, tomato puree and salt. Bring it to boil.
