Ingredients

  • 2 large Tomatoes
  • 2 tbsps - minced left over Chicken
  • 1 hard boiled Egg
  • 2 tsp - mayonnaise

How to Make Stuffed Tomatoes Salad

  • Chop the egg. Cut the top of the tomatoes and scoop out the centres.
  • Mince the cut tomato tops. Mix with the scooped out tomato pulp, chopped egg and minced chicken.
  • With a teaspoon, pile the mixture back into the tomato cups and top with mayonnaise.
  • Chill before you serve.
