Ingredients

  • 8 - medium size tomatoes
  • 300 g - Paneer
  • 75 g - Peas
  • 10 g - Garlic
  • 100 g capsicum
  • 50 g - ginger
  • 50 g - green chilli
  • 50 g - Onion
  • For curry:
  • 2 tsp - garam masala
  • 2 tsp - salt
  • 1 tsp - turmeric powder
  • 1 medium sized onion
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 1 tsp - ginger-garlic paste

How to Make Stuffed Veg-Cheese Tomato Curry

  • Cut onion, capsicum, green chilli and ginger into fine pieces.
  • Cut the top of all tomatoes (save caps), remove the seeds so that tomatoes are hollow. Reserve the seeds.
  • Heat oil in frying pan and put garlic in it. Saute till red.
  • Put onion into it and fry for 4 mins. Put all finely chopped vegetables and peas into the pan. Fry on high heat.
  • After cooking for ten minutes, put finely chopped paneer into it and mix.
  • Cook for 6 mins on high heat.
  • Meanwhile, add the reserved seeds with the ingredients for the curry.
  • Cook this for 10 mins and mix water 1 cup in this.
  • Stuff tomatoes with the stuffing, seal with caps and shallow fry for 10 mins.
  • Add to the curry and cook for 7 mins. Serve hot.
