Ingredients

  • 2 cups - fresh carrot, peeled and grated
  • 200ml - Milk
  • sweetex solution to taste
  • 1 tsp - Ghee

How to Make Sugar Free Carrot Halwa

  • Mix carrots and milk in a heavy or non-stick pan.
  • Cook, stirring constantly, till carrot is soft and moisture evaporates.
  • Add Ghee and sweetex, stir and cook on low for 2-3 mins.
  • Serve hot. Or reheat as required.
