Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup - raw mixed nuts (cashews, walnuts, almonds)
  • 3/4 cup - instant Oats (dry-roasted for a minute and ground into a fine powder)
  • 12 - Dates (adjust according to taste)
  • 1 tbsp - Ghee
  • a pinch of Cardamom
  • How to Make Sugar-free Date Nut Fudge:

    1. Powder the nuts and oats separately.
    2. Grind the dates to a smooth paste.
    3. Mix all the ingredients to form the dough (chapatti-like).
    4. Add ghee bit by bit while kneading the dough.
    5. Flatten the dough onto a greased plate and cut into pieces or roll them into balls.
