Ingredients

Mixed nuts - 3/4 cup

Instant Oats (dry roasted for a minute) - 3/4 cup

Dates - around 12

Ghee - 1 tbsp

Cardamom - a pinch

Method

  1. Powder the nuts and oats separately.
  2. Grind the dates to a smooth paste.
  3. Mix all the ingredients together to form a dough (like chapatti dough).
  4. Add ghee little by little while kneading the dough.
  5. Flatten the dough and cut into pieces or roll them into balls.
