How to Make Sugar Hearts
Dust the puff pastry sheet with maida on both sides.
Slightly flatten them with your hands.
Do this very slowly.
Mix almond powder and powdered sugar together.
Spread this mixture onto the pastry sheet, press lightly to ensure it sticks to the pastry sheet.
Bring the both ends of the pastry sheet to the middle, repeat the process, so you get 4 layers of the pastry sheet.
Bring both ends together and press.
Cut vertically into small pieces, they will looks like heart.
Preheat the oven to 350F.
Place these heart shapes on a baking sheet and bake them for 15-20 minutes.
Keep an eye, once they turn brownish in colour; take it out of the oven.
Serve with chocolate powder.
