Ingredients

  • 10 - dates, soaked in hot water for an hour
  • 2 cups - mixed fruits (kiwi, banana, apple, orange, Peaches etc)
  • Water - as required
  • 1 cup - yogurt
  • How to Make Sugarfree Dates and Mixed Fruits Smoothie:

    1. Blend the soaked dates with enough water into a thick paste.
    2. Add the remaining water, mixed fruits and yogurt, and blend everything together into a thick smoothie.
    3. Enjoy immediately or with ice cubes.
