How to Make Suiz Chicken Diatryma

  • First heat the olive oil in the frying pan. Add the chicken with some water and chicken masala, and let it cook for 1.5 hours.
  • In another pan, make the diatryma paste.
  • Add the carrots and boiled eggs, and mash them together. Keep aside.
  • Add the chillies, cheese and capsicum, and mash them well.
  • Mix the two pastes and add the final paste to the chicken.
  • Add the onions and cook for another 30 mins and then serve it with mint.
