How to Make Suji Biscuit

  • Take maida, suji, powdered sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
  • Add ghee little by little (About 1-2 tsps at a time) and knead this mixture into a smooth dough.
  • Keep it aside for about 10 mins.
  • Now take a small portion of this mixture, roll it into a ball and flatten it slightly by pressing it between your palms.
  • Place a piece of cashew in the centre of this flattened mix and place it in a greased baking dish.
  • Repeat the same process for the entire mixture.
  • Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees F for 12 mins.
  • Cool and serve.
