  • 3 cups - Maida
  • 3 tbsps - Suji (rava)
  • 1 cup (powdered) - Sugar
  • 1/2 cup (melted) - Ghee -
  • 5 (Break each into four pieces) - Cashew nuts
  • How to Make Suji Biscuit:

    1. Take maida, suji, powdered sugar in a bowl and mix it well.
    2. Add ghee little by little (About 1-2 tsps at a time) and knead this mixture into a smooth dough.
    3. Keep it aside for about 10 mins.
    4. Now take a small portion of this mixture, roll it into a ball and flatten it slightly by pressing it between your palms.
    5. Place a piece of cashew in the centre of this flattened mix and place it in a greased baking dish.
    6. Repeat the same process for the entire mixture.
    7. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees F for 12 mins.
    8. Cool and serve.
