Ingredients

  • Suji - 1/2 cup
  • Malai - 1/2 cup
  • Salt - 1/2 tsp
  • Green chillies - 1 to 2
  • Bread slices - 1 to 2

How to Make Suji Bread

  • Take rawa, add finely chopped green chillies and salt to it.
  • Mix it with malai.
  • Apply the mixture on both sides of a bread slice.
  • Heat a pan and put the bread slice on it.
  • The malai will start melting.
  • When it becomes brown, flip the slice.
  • Brown both the sides.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
