Fry suji in 2 tsp of ghee till it turns light brown, let it cool. Fry cardamom and make a powder. Heat 2 spoons of ghee in a pan and fry cashewnuts, later add raisins. Powder the rava and sugar separately in mixer and mix them. Mix all the ingredients well and make ladoos by adding a little milk. If you would like to store laddu's for a longer period, store them in a closed container and microwave for 10 sec before serving.
