How to Make Suji Milk Laddu

  • Heat ghee and gently fry the semolina till golden on low heat.
  • When the ghee separates, add sugar and milk and continue cooking till the mixture thickens.
  • Add the nuts and remove from heat and cool.
  • Sprinkle powdered cardamom and grated coconut, shape into balls and serve.
