  • Sooji - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 7 tsp
  • Oil/ghee - 1/2 tsp
  • Mango pulp - 2 cups
  • How to Make Sujiaam:

    1. Heat oil/ghee in a pan and roast suji in it till it becomes a little brownish.
    2. Add milk and sugar to suji. Stir continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
    3. Within minutes, the above mixture would turn into a paste.
    4. Take it off the pan and pour it in a bowl. Refrigerate.
    5. Pour mango pulp over it at the time of serving.
