Ingredients

  • Sooji - 1/2 cup
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Sugar - 7 tsp
  • Oil/ghee - 1/2 tsp
  • Mango pulp - 2 cups

How to Make Sujiaam

  • Heat oil/ghee in a pan and roast suji in it till it becomes a little brownish.
  • Add milk and sugar to suji. Stir continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
  • Within minutes, the above mixture would turn into a paste.
  • Take it off the pan and pour it in a bowl. Refrigerate.
  • Pour mango pulp over it at the time of serving.
