Ingredients

  • 1 tsp - sesame oil
  • 4 pounds - lean Beef
  • 1/2 cup - soya sauce
  • 1 bundle - green Onions
  • 1 box - fried Tofu
  • 1 cup - fresh Mushrooms
  • 1 bundle - Spinach
  • 1/2 tsp - fresh Garlic
  • 1/2 tsp -fresh Ginger
  • 1 tbsp - white pepper
  • 1 pound - Potato noodles
  • 6 - eggs
  • How to Make Sukiyaki:

    1. In a pan, boil 3 cups of water and add potato noodles. Boil for 2-3 mins. Remove and drain.
    2. Heat a sauce pan, and add oil. Cook meat until done
    3. Mix well, soya sauce, onion, tofu, mushrooms, spinach, ginger, garlic, white pepper and potato noodles.
    4. Transfer to platter and serve.
    5. Place eggs in a small bowl and serve as a dip.
