How to Make Summer Special Mango

  • Blend the mango to a pulp in a juicer and keep aside.
  • Add in the fresh coconut milk and blend.
  • Strain it. If the sweetness of the mango is not much, you can add sugar according to your taste.
  • Roast cardamom slightly in a pan (roasting helps to powder finely) and powder it. Add to the juice and mix thoroughly.
  • Keep in the fridge and serve cool.
