How to Make Sun Dried Egg Noodles

  • Mix salt with egg and then add enough flour to prepare a stiff dough.
  • Roll out the dough as thinly as you can on a board dipped in flour.
  • Set aside to dry. Slightly cut into thin strips or roll into a tight roll and cut into paper-thin strips.
  • Dry in the sun and store in an airtight container.
