  • 1 cup - good quality mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups - musk melon, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup - banana, peeled and cubed
  • 1 cup - pineapple, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 cup - Sugar free Orange marmalade
  • 1/2 cup - water

How to Make Sunshine Fruit Salad

  • Melt marmalade with water over a low flame. Cool and chill in the refrigerator.
  • Prepare all the fruits and mix together.
  • Toss with the chilled marmalade sauce.
  • Serve chilled.
