Ingredients

  • 2 pomfret fish (boiled, skinned, deboned and mashed)
  • 3 to 4 green chillies (crushed)
  • 1 piece ginger (crushed)
  • 6 to 8 cloves garlic (crushed)
  • 2 to 3 tbsp - finely chopped coriander leaves
  • 2 egg whites (beaten till stiff)
  • sufficient oil to shallow fry
  • pepper as per taste
  • vinegar to taste
  • salt to taste

How to Make Superb Fish Kababs

  • In a bowl mix the mashed fish with the rest of the ingredients (except egg whites and oil).
  • Divide into 12 equal portions and shape each into kababs.
  • Dip in the egg whites and shallow fry in hot oil on a medium flame till golden brown on both sides.
