  • 400 gm Curd
  • 1/2 cup Paneer
  • 1/2 cup Cream
  • 2 tbsp Mix Fruit Jam
  • 1 tsp Honey
  • 3 cups mix chopped Fruits (Banana, Grapes, Apple, Orange)
  • 1/4 tsp - Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp - Powdered Sugar
  • pinch of Nutmeg powder

How to Make Supreme Curd Delite

  • Hang curd in muslin cloth for 1/2 an hour. Sprinkle lemon juice on chopped fruits.
  • Mix hung curd, paneer, cream, jam and honey in a mixie.
  • Mix chopped fruits into the curd and chill in the fridge.
  • Sprinkle some nutmeg powder before serving.
