  • 250g - suran
  • 2 to 3 - green chillies
  • 1 tbsp - lemon juice
  • 1 tsp - jeera
  • 1 cup - roasted groundnut powder
  • salt to taste
  • oil

How to Make Suran wada

  • Peel, boil and chop suran.
  • Grind chillies and salt.
  • Add this paste, salt, jeera, lemon juice and groundnut powder to chopped suran.
  • Mix well.
  • Prepare balls and deep fry in oil.
