  • Sweet Potatoes - 3nos
  • Coconut - grated 1cup
  • Sugar required amount
  • Rice flour
  • elaichi powder
  • salt
  • How to Make Suseums:

    1. Boil the sweet potatoes and when cooled smash it fine. Add grated coconut and sugar and mix well.
    2. Add the elaichi powder as well.
    3. Keep the mixture aside.
    4. Mix the rice flour with water and a bit salt.
    5. This rice mixture is for the coating.
    6. Make small balls of the potato mixture and dip in the rice mixture and fry it.
    7. It gives a brown colour and it tastes crispy.
