How to Make Suseums

  • Boil the sweet potatoes and when cooled smash it fine. Add grated coconut and sugar and mix well.
  • Add the elaichi powder as well.
  • Keep the mixture aside.
  • Mix the rice flour with water and a bit salt.
  • This rice mixture is for the coating.
  • Make small balls of the potato mixture and dip in the rice mixture and fry it.
  • It gives a brown colour and it tastes crispy.
