How to Make Sweet and Hot Chicken Curry

  • In a pan, heat some oil. Add onion paste.
  • When water is absorbed, add ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, dhaniya powder, turmeric powder, garam masala.
  • Simmer for 3 to 4 mins, then add tomato puree and jaggery.
  • Once jaggery is melted, add chicken pieces and salt to taste.
  • Cover the lid, cook till the chicken pieces are nice and soft. Squeeze lemon over it once cooked.
  • Stir and serve hot with rice or chapatti.
