  • 1 cup - Maida
  • 1/2 tsp - salt
  • 2 spoons - Sugar
  • 1 tsp - dalda or Ghee
  • oil to fry
  • How to Make Sweet and Salt Biscuit:

    1. Take a bowl and add maida salt sugar and also veg fat and mix nicely. Then add sufficient water and mix like a chapatti dough. Leave for 10 mins. Then make it 2 or 3 pieces and then roll it with a roller as thin and as big as you can.
    2. You have to do the same with the remaining dough also. Take a vegetable knife and cut the chapatti into small diamonds shape.
    3. Then fry them in hot oil on a medium flame.
    4. When they are cool they can be taken in a container.
