Take a bowl and add maida salt sugar and also veg fat and mix nicely. Then add sufficient water and mix like a chapatti dough. Leave for 10 mins. Then make it 2 or 3 pieces and then roll it with a roller as thin and as big as you can.
You have to do the same with the remaining dough also. Take a vegetable knife and cut the chapatti into small diamonds shape.
Then fry them in hot oil on a medium flame.
When they are cool they can be taken in a container.
