How to Make Sweet and sour tikki

  • Peel, cut and boil the sweet potato and raw bananas. Mash them well.
  • Add salt, tamarind pulp, and grated jaggery. Mix well.
  • Make small balls with the mixture and flatten them like tikki.
  • Roll these tikki in rava.
  • Shallow-fry and serve with any chutney.
