How to Make Sweet Avil (Sweet Poha)

  • Take a bowl with poha or avil in it.
  • Then, add some cold water and soak the poha for 2 minutes.
  • When the poha or avil becomes soft, put it into a pan.
  • Add jaggery to it.
  • Light the gas and mix well.
  • Add ghee to it.
  • Add elaichi to it and mix well till the water evaporates.
  • Serve it when cool.
