Sweet Banana Dosa works wonderfully as breakfast, lunch and dinner.
For making the Sweet Banana Dosa, soak rice for 2-3 hours before draining the water and grinding it into a smooth paste along with coconut.
Cooking tip: Don’t add water at this stage, as it might make the batter too thinner at this point of time. Now, add the jaggery and banana, which will definitely thin the batter and add the necessary sweetness as well. Grind this mixture until it is well blended.
Note: The batter should have the consistency of cake batter.
Drop a little batter on a non-stick dosa pan and spread it quickly and lightly for it to cook. Cook both sides until the bottom side becomes golden-brown. Golden syrup or honey work as wonderful companions to this sweet banana dosa!
